Abstract: The report considers the work of the National Scientific Medical Library - a powerful research centrer of libraries of the medical sector aimed at preserving and popularizing the documentary resources of the medical sector in its historical aspect, participationg in the Ukrainian nationwide program 'Documentory Memory of Ukraine'. Investigating the documentary medical inheritabce, NNMBU continues and develops the tradition of preserving the experience of previous generations, national memory of Ukraine.
